So I have signed up for the world wide weekly event of PARKRUN! Yep a FREE 5k run! Honest to say, I am still very much a amateur runner and I walked most of it. Every week you go the aim is just to get a little bit better then you did the previous week. Over a hundred people have been coming each week to go for a run together! So far I have only been once but I am wanting to go a lot more often. I just need some good running shoes and before I know it I should be a PRO!
