HUNTER VALLEY GARDENS- Formal Garden & Wishin Well

The last of our day at the Hunter Valley Gardens.

The Formal Garden is a European- style garden.  The Topiary's are just stunning!  

 

 The beautiful Wishing Fountain

No day is complete without stopping by the gift shop and grabbing a couple keepsakes! I usually collect pens but this time I thought I'd go for something different and got coasters! I also got bub a bib. The gift shop has so many different items to choose from, its hard to just pick one!



HUNTER VALLEY GARDENS- Indian Mosaic Garden

The huge antique Indian elephant gated are over 180 years old! The mosaics are made up of flowers and pebbles and would look superb in the spring time when the flowers are in. The Indian tea house is crafted with Traditional Indian Décor!

HUNTER VALLEY GARDENS- Chinese Moongate Garden

The Chinese Moongate Garden is like a different world! Once you step through the gates you are greeted with beautiful Bamboo, Camellia & Magnolia trees!

HUNTER VALLEY GARDENS- Waterfall & Lookout!

How mesmerising and relaxing is the sound of water! I could have sat here all day, just listening and watching.

HUNTER VALLEY GARDENS- Rose Garden

Yes I know... I have been very slack getting the rest of these Hunter Valley Garden pictures to you =( Super sorry, I have had my hands tied with a super cranky teething bubba. I am hoping to get the rest done today as I have so much more to put up to show you!

 

The next section is the beautiful in Bloom Rose Garden. This rose garden made me wish so badly that we owned our on house in the bay! I would love nothing more then to have beautiful rose bushes everywhere. Think I may just get a couple in pots.

HUNTER VALLEY GARDENS- LLLLLLLLLLLLunchhhhhh Time!!!

So far we have been through about half the park... When a little voice keeps popping up.... OHHHH GEEEEZE I AM STARVING! Yes Jayden we hear you!

The meals were AMAZING with their regular menu and daily specials. Very clean inviting feel with the most friendly staff!

 I had their YUMMY creamy Lasagne!

 My partner had the steak burger!

 And master 9 .... of course the nuggets!

 This is a picture of the deck that looks onto the parks. Such a delightful place for a beautiful lunch.

 The View! Its allll about the view.

This is the restaurant area. Such a crisp clean feeling. Would be a great place to hold a wedding function.
